About Lea Brovedani
Lea Brovedani has enjoyed a rich and varied career. She has been an employee, an entrepreneur and today she is a recognized expert in Emotional Intelligence (Ei). Through Ei testing and training, she is helping individuals and organizations to build stronger, more rewarding professional and personal relationships.

Lea’s philosophy: success is rooted in what you feel.

The one constant in Lea’s career has been her recognition that success is rooted more in how people feel than in how much they know. This seed of inspiration came to full fruition when she discovered a book on Ei by Daniel Goleman in 1998.

Intrigued by the concept, and its power to help individuals and businesses achieve their goals, she set out on a learning journey. She began attending conferences throughout North America to consult and exchange techniques with other experts in Ei.

Proven techniques for increased profitability, contentment
In 1999, Lea had made Ei training and consultation a full-time career with the launch of Sagacity Consulting. Since then, she has worked with individuals and organizations, showing them how to perceive, understand, use and manage emotions intelligently. Using proven techniques, Lea guides her clients to a greater sense of trust, respect and self-leadership, resulting in increased productivity, profitability and contentment.

Lea is certified in the leading Ei tests and widely recognized for her profound understanding of how best to apply Ei techniques. She is also a professional speaker who has presented at several international Ei conferences.

"Thank you ever so much for your impassioned delivery and your professionalism. I too agree that it was a great success – changes often start with small groups. You referred to Margaret Mead in your presentation. There is a quotation of hers that sticks out for me – 'Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.' " (Margaret Mead)
